This release is relatively major in terms of architectural changes.
We've started developing git2d, which is a C daemon that uses libgit2 to
handle all git operations, and communicate with the main daemon through
UNIX domain sockets.

Currently, only repo index pages use the new backend. This will change
soon. We currently intend to remove go-git entirely.

Also includes various bug fixes.
